The election is over. The consequences are just beginning.

Be a part of an interdisciplinary conversation featuring University of Washington scholars examining what happens after the midterm results, from shifts in policy and political power to changes in:

- media narratives,
- technology,
- public information,
- community priorities and
- civic participation.

Together, we will consider not simply what happened, but what happens next and how people can shape it.

On Tuesday, November 10, join the Campfire Session, a fresh twist on the usual lecture. Instead of lengthy presentations, each speaker will offer a focused overview of their research.

Everyone can share ideas, ask questions, and learn from each other. Curious questions and new viewpoints are welcome. It’s relaxed, interactive, and built around the perspectives people bring to the group. Check in begins at 5:30 p.m. and the conversation begins at 6:00 p.m. By 7:30 p.m. we'll wrap up and spend some time mixing and mingling before heading out.
